EZ Lok is easy to install. Drill the hole with core diameter, cut the thread and screw in the EZ Lok insert with a screwdriver or the special tool.
E-Z LOK inserts are self-locking. Immediately after assembly, the prepared Loctite starts to set on the external threads and the newly installed insert is ready for connection in minutes. After complete hardening (72 hours), the thread is tight against liquids and gases up to a pressure of more than 400 bar (6,000 psi).
