Polycarbonate (perspex) automotive glazing has many advantages for trackday vehicles or vehicles that are seriously engaged in motorsport. Polycarbonate is very scratch-resistant, easily formable and can be adapted to any application. But above all, it is easy. A polycarbonate window weighs about half the weight of a glass window with the same thickness. You can save even more if you are gluing in the windows. 5 mm thick side windows and tailgate window are available.
The perspex screens are all marked to meet the MSA, FIA and ABG regulations.
