Constructed from 6 mm jute felt, underfelt offers sound-proofing qualities, provides more comfort underfoot and contributes to an overall better fit of our carpet kits.
There are many branded felts on the market with more advanced technology which reflect sound and heat very effectively. However, they are thin and if you choose to use them as part of your restoration, we recommend using them in conjunction with our sound deadening kits to support the correct positioning and fit of your carpets.
