This ¡®long¡¯ 3.07 ratio was not available for a long time. We have invested in an elaborate tool and produced a small series of these crwon wheels and pinions.
Cleanest and most precise reproduction of the original part, with the curved toothing (Oerlikon hypoid toothing) required for this highly stressed component. The manufacturing precision is expressed by exemplary smooth running and smooth running means: no premature wear. Highest mileage is guaranteed.
16CrMo4 blanks drop-forged, turned, Oerlikon toothed, hardened. All sets tested (even the noise pattern!), final inspection, packed in matched pairs with protective oil.
