Problem solution for a well-known annoyance:
Does your clutch pedal suddenly lose pressure or can the clutch no longer be actuated cleanly? The cause is often a structural weakness in the original clutch release fork. Over time, the pivot pin (part number 11034) works its way through the material of the release fork until it punctures it completely.
To permanently prevent this total failure, we offer you an optimised, reinforced version. A steel strut welded precisely over the load zone massively increases the strength in this critical area. This virtually eliminates the possibility of the pin breaking through.
Please note the following when fitting: For vehicles with rear-wheel drive, it is essential to set the distance between the fork pins to exactly 42 mm. This is the only way to ensure the correct geometry and position of the glide shoes. After fitting, check the position of the release bearing in the fork. It should sit without unnecessary play, but still be able to move freely in order to guarantee optimum release behaviour.
