Finding leaks in gas and compressed air systems can be a difficult task. Yet it¡¯s important that leaks are identified and fixed quickly, as there is safety as well as financial implications. Gotec leak detection spray can be used on any type of gas system, including refrigeration applications, domestic gas systems and compressed air installations.
The spray produces a foam to indicate the location of any leak, and it operates effectively even at low pressures ¨C down to 5 mbar. The can has a 360-degree valve, so it can be used at any angle, making it easy to use on difficult-to-access joints. It will operate at temperatures from 0 to 50¡ã C.
Gotec leak detection spray won¡¯t form a combustible mixture with other gasses, and it contains a corrosion inhibitor so it won¡¯t damage plastic or metal pipework ¨C nor will it damage paintwork or fabrics. It doesn¡¯t leave a residue either, so there¡¯s no need to clean up after use. It¡¯s also non-toxic and harmless if it comes into contact with skin, so it¡¯s safe for the user and for the environment.
